Fortis Physiology is appointment only. No walk-ins. Every session is scheduled so your clinician's time is fully yours, book first, then come in.
How to book

Send your name and a sentence on what is going on, an injury, a condition, or a goal.

We reply with times
You will get available appointment times and anything you need to know before coming in.

Locked in
Confirm a time and you are booked. Bring comfortable clothes, any referral or care plan paperwork, and scans if you have them.
All fees are confirmed with you before your first appointment. Rebates may apply through Medicare care plans, private health extras, DVA, CTP, or workers compensation.
