Strength & Conditioning
Individualised programming from an accredited exercise physiologist with seven years of strength and conditioning experience: technique, load management and progression, from first-time lifters to athletes and combat sports.
Return to Sport
Criteria-based progressions that close the gap between "cleared" and genuinely ready: strength benchmarks, capacity testing, then sport-specific loading. You go back when the numbers say you are ready, not just the calendar.
Chronic Disease Management
Supervised clinical exercise for cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal conditions, dosed to the person and their comorbidities. Structured, safe, and progressed at your pace.
Type 2 Diabetes Management
Structured exercise to support glycaemic control, strength and daily function, coordinated with your GP's care plan. Exercise is one of the most powerful tools for managing type 2 diabetes, prescribed properly, it works.
Work Injury Rehabilitation
Documented, goal-based rehab for injured workers with progress reporting and a clear return-to-work focus. Both our physiotherapist and exercise physiologist manage work injuries end to end.

Before you ask.
Do I need a referral?
No, private patients can book directly. You only need paperwork for funded care: a GP care plan for Medicare rebates, or insurer approval for a workers compensation or CTP claim.
Can I just walk in?
No, we are appointment only. Call or text 0434 068 216 with your name and what is going on, and we will reply with available times.
Physiotherapist or exercise physiologist, which one do I need?
A physiotherapist assesses, diagnoses and treats pain and injury. An exercise physiologist prescribes structured exercise to rebuild capacity, for rehab, chronic conditions and performance. Many people move from one to the other as they progress. If you are not sure, contact us, we will point you to the right clinician after hearing what is going on.
What will it cost?
We confirm all fees with you before your first appointment, no surprises. Rebates may apply through a Medicare care plan, private health extras, DVA, CTP, or workers compensation. We have HICAPS, so extras claims happen on the spot.
I have a workers compensation claim. Can you help?
Yes. We provide structured, documented rehab for injured workers in Auburn and Western Sydney under NSW workers compensation, with progress reporting and a clear return-to-work focus.
Do you speak Turkish?
Yes. Consultations are available in English and Turkish, evet, Türkçe konuşuyoruz.
Do you only work with athletes?
No. We work with everyday people in pain, injured workers, and people managing chronic conditions. The same standards apply whether your goal is a comp podium or carrying the groceries without pain.
Is exercise safe for my condition?
Exercise is prescribed like a dose: matched to your condition, your history and your capacity, then progressed under supervision. That is exactly what an accredited exercise physiologist is trained to do.
